My Hero, Solskjaer retires
It was from this Skysports.com report that I was confronted with the news that my favorite footballer 'EVER' has retired from the game.
Ever since he joined Manchester United 11 years ago, he has always been a favorite of mine. People have always asked me why i look up to him so much, saying things such as: "He's not as good as so and so"... which really annoys me.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has always been a servant to the club, playing in any position, starting on the bench to come and score the winner on many occassions(most noteably in the 1999 Champions League Final). He never questioned the manager and always delivered the goods.
It is being said Solskjaer will stay on at United to contine coaching, which is great news.
I wish him all the best, and a big thank you for everything he has done for Manchester United over the last 11 years and good luck with whatever is to come.
